    Thursday, April 8, 2010 Swimmer of the Year Bradley Phillips Oakton, Sr. Phillips led Oakton to its first boys' state title, winning the 200- and 400-meter freestyles at the Virginia AAA state championship, setting a short-course meters national prep record in the 400 with a time of 3:54.88.     Player of the year Kaitlin Pawlowicz A two-time All-Met, Pawlowicz won region and state titles in the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly with automatic all-American times. At the Virginia AAA state meet, Pawlowicz shattered the national high school short-course meters record in the 200 IM by nearly three seconds with a time of 2:16.39.
